THE HUMAN BEHIND THE ✳
About Exaryn
Exaryn is a one-person research & development studio run by Chinmay Purohit in Melbourne. It started as a home for side projects — AI agents one month, derivatives pricing the next, a webcam party game somewhere in between — and grew into a place to build, learn, and share the results.
The approach is simple: build things, ship the ones that are useful, and say clearly what is available versus still in the workshop. Every public project is in the index, with three case studies for the work you can inspect today.
The daily signal exists because keeping up with the AI world is a job in itself, so a script compiles the best of it every morning. The token figure on the home page is a hand-updated studio estimate, not a measured metric.
Off the clock
THE THINGS THAT RECHARGE THE WORK.
-
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Chess you play with your whole body. Leverage over strength — and no better training for staying calm inside a hard problem.
-
AFL
Chaos with structure. A whole city holding its breath over one bounce of an unpredictable ball.
-
Hiking
The best debugger I own doesn't run on a laptop. Problems untangle themselves around the second kilometre.
-
Gym
The most honest feedback loop of the week. The weight goes up or it doesn't — either way it tells the truth.
-
Reading
A decade of someone's thinking for the price of a paperback. Paper only — the battery never dies.
-
Latte
Small, daily craftsmanship. The warm pause that starts the thinking.
